Dr. JoAn Monaco Skin Care Shop Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
It is important to us that our customers are satisfied with their products. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the quality of a product or the results you receive from our store, we urge you to contact us as soon as possible. It is not our practice to accept returns of products. However, we are prepared to offer refunds in the form of store credit.
Refunds/Exchanges/Store Credit: Customers who are dissatisfied with the condition of the products they receive or who are dissatisfied with the results of the products are eligible for refunds in the form of store credit if they contact our office within 7 days of the original purchase.
Customers are also eligible for store credit within 7 days of purchase if they believe they have purchased the wrong product and would like to purchase a different product in exchange.
Exceptions or special circumstances: This office reserves the right to limit or refuse refund requests if the circumstances violate or abuse our policy. We do not support activities that may involve a health or safety risk or fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to change our policies at any time. Customers/patients should consult the current policies posted on our website before contacting our office about a refund or store credit.
Processing time: Customers can expect a response to a refund request within 2 business days and can expect to receive store credit within 5 business days. If you experience any delays or difficulties receiving expected store credit, please contact our office.
